OK, two important things.
Just spent a couple of hours chasing my daughter, Whitney, around the North Side. The skiing is exceptional. The Spine, The Face, North Glade, and Upper Slalom Slope are all still skiing with winter snow. Lower Slalom is spring like, but just spring like. The skiing is really good.
I am always superstitious about the forecast. The week does look like a snowy one. There is a moist storm forecast for Monday night through Tuesday night and a second storm forecast for Thursday and Friday. Again, I don't want to jinx it, but this looks pretty good. Joel Gratz at opensnow.com is forecasting 8-22" by Friday.
So putting both of these two together, we are setting up for a crazy good April. If if we are on the light end of the forecast, the skiing is going to be incredible. If we end up on the high end of the forecast, OH MAN.......................................
