Stacie Francombe is the founder of Inspire Smart Success, a three-tiered approach to helping wedding industry businesses grow and succeed utilizing the ISS Magazine, ISS Experience and ISS Mentoring. Stacie is committed to changing how the wedding industry learns and networks, both one-on-one through her mentoring program, as a group with fun, educational seminars and networking events, and individually, providing wedding industry professionals with a magazine they can learn from at their leisure. Stacie loves nothing more than being able to use her talents and knowledge to help the wedding industry grow and thrive and to see wedding vendors find success through using smart business practices. Jay Qualls fell in love with cake decorating upon decorating his very first cake on April 25th, 1992 for his daughter’s first birthday party. Based in Nashville, Jay has designed wedding cakes and special occasion cakes for several country music celebrity artists including Martina McBride, Jo Dee Messina, Sara Evans, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton. Jay also had the distinct honor of being featured in Martha Stewart Weddings 15th Anniversary winter issue, being one of the less than 10 designers who have been invited to collaborate with Martha Stewart Weddings in the history of the magazine. Jay was also a top competitor on the TLC smash hit reality-show Next Great Baker, coming in 4th in the cake decorating/baking competition hosted by Cake Boss’s Buddy Valastro. Jay also recently received the honor of being featured on the cover of Southern Living Weddings magazine.
Brooke Thomas is the Editor of Weddings Unveiled Magazine, a photographer and Southern wedding expert. With her experience in the print and online world and own success story as an entrepreneur, Brooke will provide a wealth of industry knowledge and tips for getting published, building a successful brand and so much more.
