Gabrielle Bratton is a Southern girl at heart. Originally from Raleigh, NC, she received a BFA in jewelry and metals from the University of Georgia's Lamar Dodd School of Art and currently lives in Charleston, SC, where she owns and operates Gabrielle Handmade Jewelry.
One of Gabrielle's specialties is the lost wax casting process, where she integrates traditional clothing adornments into modern jewelry. Each piece is made by soaking bits of lace in hot wax and casting molds, then pouring molten metal into the molds to set the design. Using this process, Gabrielle creates exquisite earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets and brooches with a feminine, delicate beauty. Gabrielle can also make custom orders with lace from bridal and vintage gowns that can be passed down as heirlooms from generation to generation. We've included images of a few of our favorite pieces below. To see Gabrielle's entire collection, for a custom request or for more information, visit the Gabrielle Handmade Jewelry website.
