Snowing

It started about 6:30 this morning.  About 2-3" have fallen and now, at 11 AM, it is still snowing.  While I don't think this is going to be huge dumper of a snowstorm, we are having very favorable winds ranging from Southwest to West to Northwest.  All of those wind directions really favor 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Bowl, The Spine and The Face.  As I speak there are patrollers ski packing and impacting Pali.  Remember, both wind and snow make The Basin.  While the new snow numbers won't be outrageous, the wind is good, and this storm will be a significant boost for North Side skiers.
