Saturday evening was another "Night in France" at Black Mountain Lodge. I am not sure what was better, the dinner party or the walk down. Chefs Chris and Paul prepared lamb, veal, quail, lobster bisque, crepes, escargot, frog legs, breads, cheeses, and whole bunch of stuff I cannot spell or pronounce. There was great music and lots of laughter. The walk down was extraordinary with a bright moon, dark trees, and brilliant white mountains. It was surreal. What an evening.
