Eroica Riesling

Say it with me: e...ROY...i...ka...eroica! Enjoyed a bottle of Eroica this past weekend with pasta in a white wine sauce. Mmmm. I have always liked this wine, but forgot how much until I tried it again. I love the name and I think I always impress the waitors when I say it right. {WINE QUICKIE:The grapes were harvested at night when the vineyard temperature is at it's coolest which keeps the flavor super intense.} This riesling has slightly sweet notes and I mean just slighty sweet. Bright fruit & a crisp finish. Fill 'er up please!
